Fussili with Mushrooms

Ingredients:------------------------------------------------------
about a pound of fussili pasta.
1 cup brown button mushrooms.
1 cup Shitake mushrooms.
1 cup oyster mushrooms.
olive oil.
thyme.
2 cloves of garlic.
Instructions:------------------------------------------------------
cook the fussili until soft in boiling water with a little bit of olive oil.
saute the mushrooms and garlic in olive oil, or earthbalance, until the mushrooms are soft make sure not to burn the garlic.
drain the pasta and ad the mushrooms, garlic and thyme.
server hot or cold with salad dressing.

This is really good! When Morgana made it for me, we used fresh rosemary, and that was great. Use lots of mushrooms! The more the better! And serve with nutritional yeast (of course).
